Do you provide technical support 7 days a week?

Yes, we provide professional, responsive customer service via email 7 days a week.  We pride ourselves on delivering quality customer service.  You will receive effective and prompt answers to your questions.  Our strength in this area is one of the reasons we have an exceptional customer loyalty rate.

Do you provide documentation?

All services and facilities provided via our Control Panel are documented either via our HELP menu option (cPanel Documentation) or, for third party software, via their respectives information web sites.

How quickly do you respond to technical support questions?

We guarantee to respond to technical support queries within 24 hours, but we usually respond in well under 12 hours.  You will find our technical support staff helpful and responsive.  Our on-line customer support is provided via e-mail.  Optionally, you may use our fax (61 7 3393 3562) facility.

Do you have limitations on the types of content which can be held on your servers?

Yes, we do.  In a nutshell, your site must be legal and must not encourage illegal behaviour.  It must not contain any obscene, threatening or hateful material.  Examples of unacceptable content include pornography, pirated software, materials related to hacking, and nudity.  For more information please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
